1) check to see if the Providers Availability will meet your needs

Psychotherapist - Mr. Randy Hendricks MS LMHC - seeing new patients
2) If you are inquiring to be a new client click on the button on your right.
3) If you were asked to fill out the new patient on line forms click on the button to the right.
4) Set up your patient portal
